As She Paces. A digital Memoir.

As She Paces. A digital memoir. Clean, happy and healthy children. Lovingly sharing intimate, up close and personal photography of my years as full time mother and primary caregiver over this holiday season. Join me. Only 8 Friday’s until Christmas 2014. I feel that given my long history in the mental health field that at this time I am going to put together a packet of information for the State of Georgia and for Honorable Ozburn as for how the mental health field in the State of Georgia works. I have been an active part of the mental health field in Georgia since August of 2004 and have been an active participant in View Point Health for nearly ten years now. I am also a graduate of The Respect Institute and feel that all the classes I have taught will come in handy while trying to educate law enforcement and the Mental Health Court’s on our system in this State, to include any and all handout’s, Respect Institute graduating materials, and View Point Health materials that I have grown in direct knowledge of. I feel that I have a lot to offer this State and the mental health court systems as to my direct knowledge of the field and now in the works of becoming a CPS myself for this State. I hope to educate many on the mental health field in our fine State and to have them know that I have graduated The Respect Institute and that the many classes I have taught have led me in a positive direction and have continued to help me on my path in baring good fruit for myself, this state, my children & grandchildren. Please take a moment to catch up on the last 2 years of my life here at The Covington News and familiarize yourself with my story. The Motto, of The Covington News being, “The Story of Your Life”, …… to be continued over the weekend as I am working on organizing all open and public Court Order’s and a packet of material for the Mental Health Courts in our great State. As She Paces.  I began Journaling by cutting out pictures and articles from magazines during August of 2004. I then went to Journaling with pen and pencil, then onto my WordPress account blog and now I have been on The Covington News for nearly 2 years now. I have gained a lot of insight into blogging and writing. I began Journaling at the advisement of my private therapist in Dunwoody and have continued to blog daily. I have worked on Charli’s LAW for over 2 years now. I have presented my ideas to Representative Mr. Rick Jeffares and Representative Mr. Andy Welch of the State of Georgia. They are fully aware of my intentions into Charli’s LAW. I feel that children should have their own attorney during the course and process of a legal separation and divorce. Children deserve just as I did to have their own legal council. I was fortunate enough as a young girl, with Honorable Samuel Ozburn presiding as my family law attorney at the time in the 80’s, to have my own legal council for family matters. I feel given Honorable Ozburn has worked so closely with me and my family that it only obviously proof in the pudding that Judges do care and do firmly believe in therapy as he has court ordered time and time again for me and my daughter. For a mother to have NEVER had any wrongdoing as a mother on my part and to have NEVER had any wrong doing as a wife on my part either, I certainly have missed out on a lot of life with my daughter’s, and their brother, my son, Tyler has missed out on a lot of life with his sisters, after being raised as a family unit for nearly 12 years. I legally adopted Mr. Chuck Sasser’s 3 older daughter’s in 1999 by and through Honorable Sidney Nation and did NO different in advocating for his daughter’s during the course of our relationship and marriage. I was an advocate for their best interests as well and will continue to do the same for my daughter’s well into the future. I have lost a lot of life and a lot of valuable time in my daughter’s lives and hope to one day in the very near future begin to catch up with them and begin reminiscing over the loss of life we have experienced. I have beautiful and healthy photos of my children during the course of our marriage and they are amazing photographs of very well taken care of children and happy children. You may view all the photography at my facebook account or at Charli Savannah’s LAW on facebook. You can also visit me at WordPress for the last 3 years of archives. I pray fervently each and everyday that I continue to bare good fruits whereas my children are concerned. As I began explaining yesterday, court went well for all involved. It was a tearful hearing for me as I cried during the entire hearing. Our private therapist testified that my youngest daughter does not wish to be an active part of my life at this time and that to continue to push her would only be more detrimental to her health and life at this time. She did stress that hopefully with time and understanding and cooperation from her father that my daughter would want to be a part of my life. We have been separated now for so many years that it is not a surprise to me that my daughter has expressed feelings of concern over visiting with me. I do not want to put my daughter’s health or well being on hold and expressed to the court’s that I do not wish to damage her health or well being. We as a family have been appointed a conduit on our behalf and will be utilizing the services of a private therapist during this Interim who will serve as a conduit and hopefully Mr. Sasser will be cooperative and let my daughter know how much I desire to be a part of her life and that I have fought long and hard for her and all my daughter’s. All hearing of public record will be shared with all of my daughter’s in the very near future. As I have always had a very loving and full and open relationship with my son, he is fully aware of our time spent in the legal system and fully aware of my love of all my children. I will be organizing all public Court Order’s and placing them into digital print in the very near future for my daughter’s and for my reader’s. As we have left a lasting legacy and set a precedent in this State for parental alienation, parental estrangement, family violence victims, parental reunification and the mentally and emotionally challenged, I feel that our cases will be used for a long time to come in referencing children and their parent’s and the importance of therapy in a child’s life. As numerous Judge’s have ruled in our full favor and behalf since 2004, to include, Honorable Bills, Honorable Nation, Honorable Rhymer and Honorable Ozburn, we have made great strides in this State and continue to bare good fruit. As my focus over the last ten years has been my children, I feel that they should be very grateful and very happy to call me mother, as I have always loved and respected my children. I have NEVER posted any type of medical, psychological, educational or to the otherwise records of my children and the only photographs I have ever posted are the ones of their young childhood day’s where I was their primary care giver for nearly twelve years. They are all an active part of social media and can clearly see that I have respected their lives by the aforementioned and continue to strive for presenting them in the best light as possible. I graduated Dekalb Tech in 2002 and continue to press onward and forward with my education as I just turned in my essay application to The State of Georgia for Certified Peer Specialist. I am in process of hopefully obtaining my CPS Certification. You may google Georgia Certified Peer Specialist Project to learn more of a CPS and the fact that the State requires you have a mental diagnosis and to be an advocate for the mentally and emotionally challenged, of which I certainly have done so. Hopefully, as the Judge instructed, Mr. Chuck Sasser will begin to understand the deep wounds that exist within our family as the Judge pointed out and that he encourages therapy for all the many years involved with my family and that he feels a conduit being available for our daughter is in her best interest and that Mr. Sasser should also obtain a P O Box for any and all correspondence and gifts to be given to our daughter until such time that she decides to be an active part of my life. Given she is now 14, I feel that it is only a very short time before she grows to realize the efforts that have been made for our open, full and loving relationship, that was Court Ordered in 2010 and that Order does not change nor go away, despite Mr. Sasser’s efforts to keep us apart, of which he was held in Contempt. Not willful contempt, but at any rate the bottom line is he was held in contempt and Court Ordered to pay all psychiatry fees involved in our hearing process. I have been taking and teaching classes whereas CPS is involved. I hope to have a decision by Mid November as to if I have been chosen. If not, I will re submit my essay application come Spring of 2014. As there is no right or wrong answer, I have worked diligently to answer all questions to the best of my ability.
