A warm night with my best friend Mark

Such a warm night. I was so cold earlier and I spoke to Mark and we decided to go have rice pudding and coffee. We had a whole pot of coffee at Mama Marias and our rice pudding was excellent. The coffee and the night were so warm. What a nice feeling to have a best friend. I hope I never lose him. Going to bed warm and happy is such a pleasant feeling. He always treats me like a storybook. Grateful tonight for a best friend in Mark. What a superb way to end the evening and end the week. I could not have asked for a better end to my week. He has had a stroke and is no longer working as a life flight and disaster area nurse (RN). A nurse whom has received the Florence Nightingale Medal and has retired from disaster area nursing. He is a hero in his own time. His mother being Mayor of Covington prior to her passing, may her soul rest in peace, Mrs. Allene Capes Burton also Poet Laureate of Newton County he has left behind  a lasting legacy too in the nursing and disaster area nursing field. How sweet to behold such excellent company and such sweet hands to hold.
