These facts are what Attorney Paul Oeland should have informed Honorable Bills of.

I love being a true Southerner from Newton County, Covington, Ga. My mother Ms. Brenda Fuller is from Villa Rica and moved to Covington in th 70’s.  I was adopted by Mr. Mayron Fuller of The Fuller Family Farms at Old Atlanta Highway and I -20 at Almon Road. You can see the beautiful land of my grandparent’s home and my Aunt & Uncle Luke & Doris Fuller from I -20. I often visit and have photography made of the land. I love my Aerial view photos that I have. I have lived in Covington and Conyers my entire life since being adopted. I am supposed to be working on positive affirmations and telling my story from the victorious side and not the victim angle. My entire education from private kindergarten The Little Red School House to Dekalb Technical College Business and Legal Office and Paralegal program lie in Covington. And now as of recent I have became a graduate of New Rock day program classes, The Respect Institute, The ACT Team and now The GA Peer Institute through the GA Mental Health Consumer Network. I have applied for Certified Peer Specialist and not been chosen so I will continue to apply through the State of GA until I am accepted. My Certified Peer Specialist Ms. Brenda Williams informs me that she did not initially pass her test either and to not give up and to just continue to apply. I made it as far as The GA Peer Institute and am working on delivering my project and report. I hope to share with Newton County that the mentally challenged can be successful. I am reading this weekend at The Covington News where Herschel Walker has stepped up to discuss his mental illness.

There’s no shame in it,” Walker said of mental illness. “Life is ups and downs.”

My life has always been surrounded by the courtroom from adotption, to adopting my three older step – daughters, to college and internship with Esquire Mr. John Stauss to custody and visitation hearings pertaining to my daughter’s that began in Rockdale County under Honorable Nation and onto Newton and Walton Counties dealing with my youngest biological daughter. Along with spending 90 day on The Forensic Unit at GA Regional in 2005-2006 that I have never spoke of online out of privacy and respect for the other party but the staff of The Covington News are aware of the specifics and hold a copy of an authenticated document where I was released by Newton County of any responsibility and all obligations pertaining to the 90 day stay at GA Regional and being incarcerated. I will speak more of these circumstances when the timing is right which will most likely be in my memoir hopefully to come soon. I have been a client of View Point Health for 10 years now and also have a private psychiatrist Dr. Asaf Aleem in Atlanta who is Director of Peachford. I cannot stress enough these facts:

I found out that the motto of The GA Peer Institute is “Each One Reach One” and with the facts of becoming a Certified Peer Specialist being :

> Candidates must have diagnosis of mental illness or a dual diagnosis of mental illness and addictive disease and must desire to identify themselves as a person with mental illness current or former consumer of mental health services.

> Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED and may be requested to provide a copy of this document.

> Must demonstrate strong reading comprehension and written communication skills as indicated on their responses on the pre – test which is part of the application.

> Must have demonstrated experience with leadership, advocacy or governance.

> Must be well grounded in recovery

These facts are taken directly from the Certified Peer Specialist brochure.

There have been 997 Georgia Certified Peer Specialists Since October 2001.

So the State of GA and Rockdale County turning mine and my children’s lives into a living hell has all been in vain and out of pure incompetence.

Between Honorable Rhymer and Honorable Ozburn of The Alcovy Judicial Circuit  the record has been updated and rectified yet I still suffer alienation from my daughter’s. All out of pure hate from my ex husband and his family. I cannot stress enough with no hint, suggestion, implication, or accusation as to any wrongdoing on my part as a mother nor as a wife in 20 plus years I have had to live each day without seeing my daughter’s grow up. And my children’s lives have been so unsuccessful. Not the road that I had mapped out for them. But that is their story to tell when the timing is right. Working closely with Deputy District Attorney Mr. Richard Read he taught me to be a strong advocate for children and myself and so I have. And given that is what The GA Mental Health Consumer Network requires in order to become a Certified Peer Specialist  I feel that I am doing the right thing by sharing my story of hope, success, failures and despair.

Covington has always served as a milestone each and every year of my life thus far.

I know one reason that I continue to blog of my life is it is my vocation. My calling. The State of GA put me in the position with the only choice to embrace the fact that I may never see my daughter’s again in 2004 and so I am constantly reaching out to them hoping that they will come to know the truth. There is no telling what lies they have been. I hope that with a memoir being published I will be able to reach all four of them including my own son with all the advocacy I have put into action over the last 20  years. Having five children one day and the next all due to being placed into the hospital for marital abuse and depression and you never see your children again. My daughter’s that is. Me and my son have always shared a very strong and loving bond and full and open relationship. This state of GA has left me no other choice but to embrace their incompetence and live with  it day in and day out. Six lives ruined of the loving bond we once shared. Even with Honorable Nancy Bills serving as Mr. Sasser’s attorney at the time giving her prepared proposed Opinion that I have custody of our youngest daughter and for Mr. Sasser not to interfere in the relationship of mine and my three adopted step – daughters. You may see this document at my WordPress blog under Advocate Awareness column.

And for Attorney Paul Oeland to ask me “What are we supposed to tell Nancy now that you have been hospitalized at Northside and Peachford?” Well, Mr. Oeland this is what you tell her so as not to ruin the lives of so many loved ones. And the strong bond they once held.

Northside admission was for marital abuse along with admission to Peachford clearly and authentically documents that I was in the hospital for marital abuse, depression and being the caregiver codependent to loved ones who abused me with their problems of alcohol and drugs and left me to be their caregiver. Or how about these facts :

> Candidates must have diagnosis of mental illness or a dual diagnosis of mental illness and addictive disease and must desire to identify themselves as a person with mental illness current or former consumer of mental health services.

> Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED and may be requested to provide a copy of this document.

> Must demonstrate strong reading comprehension and written communication skills as indicated on their responses on the pre – test which is part of the application.

> Must have demonstrated experience with leadership, advocacy or governance.

> Must be well grounded in recovery

I have never written directly to or called out the Rockdale Judicial Circuit but with being affirmed by Peachford to get ready to put my blogs at The Covington News into manuscript form they will be all mentioned by name and act of incompetence. Not only causing me to lose contact with my four daughter’s but putting me into  a position of being incarcerated in 2005-2006 and spend 90 days on the Forensic Unit at GA Regional. Of which, just as soon as I was discharged I handle a Pro Se (handled it myself) case for visitation rights for all my four daughter’s through Rockdale County which was accepted as proper in form and handled by Honorable Nation whom at a later date ordered therapeutic reunification process for me and my girls.

Me and my daughter’s have won each and every last hearing since 2006 to present with my daughter being able to see and talk to me and receive correspondence at any given time she so chooses but I am most certain that my ex husband and his family are not encouraging this relationship which makes it all the harder. All out the act of hate.

I will continue to work on my project and report for The GA Peer Institute and upcoming application exam for Certified Peer Specialist through the GA Mental Health Consumer Network. I hope to have a career as a Certified Peer Specialist in my very near future. My parent’s would be so super proud.

I suppose I got somewhat side tracked from writing about my beautiful hometown Ccvington, GA but we have a coffee shoppe and restaurant Square Perk, there is My Sister’s Closet a women and children’s boutique who has a $1.00 rack everyday. Ms. June owns Perfect Fit Lingerie and we have the best ice – cream in the South at Scoops. That covers the 4 corners of my world. My favorite 4 corners of the world. I have often taken a walk down Floyd Street with its Antebellum homes and photographed the small details that one might miss and have that blog posted at The Covington News.

I have enjoyed being a top blogger for The Covington News for nearly 3 years now and on WordPress for over 4 years and having a facebook family but I am so ready to carry my being online published to the next level.

I so desperately want the memoir As She Paces.
