Study Guide to becoming a Certified Peer Specialist

This past week I spent an entire week in training for my exam on becoming a Certified Peer Specialist with The Georgia Mental Health Consumer Network. This weekend I have been studying the following of our Study Guide:

So much information in our Participants Manuals but I hope to help to change the system from law enforcement, to attorney’s and Judges regarding mental health and hopefully using my Paralegal Certification and degree in Business Admin and Legal Office Assistant be able to collaborate and work closely with the Mental Health Courts of The Alcovy Judicial Circuit regarding what works best for the mentally challenged.

I have one more week of training next week and will be spending it in training with my peers.

Just wanted to give you all a little taste into the Study guide and what I had been working on this past week.
