Because God meets us when we grieve, grief is not sinful but can in fact be holy ground. Greater by Steven Furtick

One of the Lord our God’s mysteries has fallen upon our great nation. One of the Lord’s mysteries has fallen upon our nation. I am awake at this 3 o’clock hour unable to sleep, reading some poetry for today’s tragic events, preparing to write my blog for the victims and families. What an awful incident our nation and loved ones have had to endure. Love Speaks by Dee Strickland Time goes on. I have watched it. It stops for no one to have trouble, hurt, love, happiness, birth, or death. It is sad that we cannot occasionally turn the hands of the clock back. Would this bring us joy? I doubt it because we sometimes want to look backward rather than going forward. All the new mysteries of tomorrow are waiting for us if we would but search for them. Love Speaks by Dee Strickland This incident is certainly a mystery and a mysterious event this December which is now in the hands of the Lord and his heavenly hosts. For every victim including the shooter it is now in the Lords hands as he prepares a place for them. I have lit a candle this morning in honor of all who have been sacrificed and blood shed. Please follow suit and do the same this weekend, bylighting a candle it represents light, blessings and love so that they may pour over all the souls involved. Blog to follow. The Lord’s mysteries are at hand and we cannot explain why but we do know that the Lord promises that these souls will enter the kingdom of heaven. As for the shooter, will he? Thou shall not kill we know all too well and still this December with the holidays upon us my heart aches and grieves for all involved. The precious little children, the teachers and the shooter alike. I am hoping that his family will someday be able to find closure and resolution to this tragic event. The bible tells us that all things are known to God. So is this part of God’ plan? I question it myself, but do not question God in his decision to take these souls. Was it there time? I say not, but do trust that the Lord had a better plan even after the shooter decided to take these lives. He had turned from God and the Lord’s face was not shining upon him any longer. May the Lord’s blessings once all is revealed to the heavenly hosts shine down on all involved and all loved ones for this mystery our nation has encountered this holiday 2012. Exodus 20:13 tells us You shall nor murderDeuteronomy 5 :17 also tells us You shall not murderalong with Matthew 5 :21 it goes on further to tell us You have heard that it was said to those of old, You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment. So given this scripture the shooter is in danger of judgment and needs his soul prayed upon as well as the precious little ones and all of their families and loved ones who have had to endure such a horrific act of malicious murder. The Lord’s mysteries are at hand and overshadow our great nation. We are taught not to question these mysteries and that the Lord’s timing is perfect and full of grace and mercy. May grace and mercy fill each and every heart whom this has touched this saddening December 2012 weekend. I have found out all these scripture verses speak of the mysteries of the Lord our God. May you find one this weekend that will comfort and guide you as you grieve and suffer loss as a human, a friend and a community that will come together to support all the victims and their families with love and passion for one another, our community needs to hold steadfast that we should all join in this holiday season in helping in anyway that we can to bring peace and understanding to those who are suffering and have experienced loss of life also who face the day of judgment this holiday season. “Can you search out the deep things of God? Can you find out the limits of the Almighty? They are higher than heaven— what can you do? Deeper than Sheol— what can you know?” Job 11:7-8″…the disciples came and said to Him, ‘Why do You speak to them in parables?’He answered and said to them, ‘Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.” Matthew 13:10-11″Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began but now made manifest, and by the prophetic Scriptures made known to all nations, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, for obedience to the faith— to God, alone wise, be glory through Jesus Christ forever.”Romans 16:25-27″And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God….      “But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written:            “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man            The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”      “But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God….Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches….But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him…” 1 Corinthians 2:1-6, 714″Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.” 1 Corinthians 4:1″…And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.” 1 Corinthians 13:2-3″Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” 1 Corinthians 15:51-52″…by revelation He made known to me the mystery …by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ), which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men.” Ephesians 3:3-5″To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places…” Ephesians 3:8-10″This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.” Ephesians 5:32″…praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains…” Ephesians 6:18-20″…of which I became a minister according to the stewardship from God which was given to me for you, to fulfill the word of God, the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints.” Colossians 1:25-27″For I want you to know what a great conflict I have for you and those in Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh, that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdomand knowledge.” Colossians 2:1-3″Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving; meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chains, at I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak….Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.” Colossians 4:2-4, 6″Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God….     “And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.    “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but shad pleasure in unrighteousness.” 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4, 6-12″Likewise deacons must be reverent, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy for money, holding the mystery of the faith with a pure conscience.” 1 Timothy 3:8-11″…without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.” 1 Timothy 3:15-16″…in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.” Revelation 10:5-7″And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.     “But the angel said to me, ‘why did you marvel? I will tell you the ‘mystery of the woman and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns. The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.” Revelation 17:5-8 “…now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.” 1 Corinthians 13:12Job 11 & – 9 speak of the Lord’s mysteries Can you search out the deep things of God? Can you find out the limits of the Almighty? They are higher than heaven what can you do? Deeper than Sheol what can you know? Their measure is longer than the earth and broader than the sea. I cannot explain the Lord’s mysteries as can neither one of you, but I do know that once this act was put into motion that the Lord our God saw to it to protect, comfort and guide those precious ones into an eternity with him and the heavenly hosts. I am more than certain that the heavens were in full motion as they prepared to receive each child and every teacher and sitting at his throne came to know that he is mysterious in his ways and that he would have to make the earnest decision according to Matthew 5:21 to lay judgment upon the shooter this December holiday 2012. I have fervently prayed for all involved including the shooter and his family and read many scriptures and a book of poetry to help me grieve the loss of life that our nation and this small community have suffered. The Lord is on his mighty throne this December 2012 holiday weekend guiding souls to him to the forever lands, protecting them in big and small ways as we owe the glory to God and know that even though he is mysterious and the bible directs us to such mysteries that he is on his throne and in full control of the situation and the loss that all have suffered. These parents will never be the same. Grief and Loss are a terrible travesty to have to endure, as I can so relate from parental alienation over the last few years, as it has nearly killed me at times forcing me into depression leaning on the Lord our God for strength and comfort and solitude. So many lives have been effected by this terrible occurrence and the holidays will NEVER be the same again. Do we question the Lord’s mysteries? These families must be at this point. I feel a strong bond flowing through me to let them know that time will heal over the sadness but the loss of life, love and joy will never be masked over and it will haunt them all the rest of their days. Grasping the scriptures, these parents can find a reason to tred on and forward with life. The life that the Lord has designed for them even in the wake of this horrific event they can lean on the Lord our God for comfort and guidance knowing that they are a part of his mysterious plan as well and that he has not forgotten about them. It will take many years for comfort and sanctuary to begin to heal over this festering wound of so many victims, the ones who have fallen prey to the shooter’s ill intent have been left to cope and strive for the best even in the light of day with so much pain and turmoil, turmoil that one almost cannot bear. If you have never suffered loss of life or had bereavement for loss of life or the loss of a loved one so close to you such as  a child, you can never truly know how this effects the mind and as I have said haunts you all the days of your lives. By grasping hold of the scriptures, the victims families can learn to count on the Lord our God for their comfort and sanctuary and pray fervently for the Lord’s divine intervention. Where one or more are gathered in his name there he shall be also. We should all as a community come together as one this saddened December holiday and hold the shooter accountable, yes, but pray over his soul and offer all our loved ones a time to grieve and our church families a time to process and understand the Lord’s mysteries as it is within this question that my heart and soul lies. The bible has these answers so we all need to turn to our bibles this weekend and prayer please. The Lord our God’s answers to this mystery will be revealed in time so please carry on with grace and mercy abundantly yours this December holiday 2012 and every holiday hereafter.  Prayerfully,Ms. April Fuller Sasser

26 Acts of Kindness Georgia USA January 2013. I included an additional set of journaling materials to include 27 for the shooter’s mother. I have made a commitment to continue with 26 Acts of Kindness through out the year. Journaling and Blogging are so very important to me and are also very therapeutic and rehabilitative for the mind, body and soul, there is no replacement for it. Join me this month in beginning your daily journaling, it quenches my soul beyond belief, so I am sharing the gift of journaling with others this month.  Today I put together 27 sets of journal pads of Winter Leaves stationery and matching winter Puffy Stickers for the local Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. I put them together around lunch today and just delivered them in Conyers, GA., I only went as far as the front door and gave them to the lady at the desk and she informed she would give the materials to the Activities Coordinator for the daily activity. I so wish I could have passed them out myself but I have been ill since last Friday and did not want to expose anyone so I picked out paper products and placed them in a large envelope and handed them over at the front desk. I hope they enjoy the journaling materials which they can write, color, draw, paint, apply the puffy stickers to their work too. It is a rainy day here in Georgia so  I wanted to take the project over asap so the residents would have something to work on during this rainy spell here in Georgia today.  Hopefully for February I will be able to see everyone as I plan to continue The 26 Acts of Kindness at this or another Rehabilitation Center in Social Circle that I frequent as well. Happy 26 Acts of Kindness. 26 Acts of Kindness Georgia has included 27 to be in fervent prayer for the shooter’s mother as well. Happy New Year 2013 from Georgia USA
